Over the years, SVA has provided engineering services for the review, evaluation, and design upgrades for the infrastructure and various systems serving the retail and restaurant complex. The evaluation and engineering services provided over the years includes upgrades to the cooling plants, eventual replacement of the cooling plant with district chilled water service from Comfort Link and upgrades to the chilled water and condenser water pumping and piping systems. In addition, over the years, SVA has provided engineering services for the evaluation and design upgrades to the central air handling units, air distribution systems, as well as the automatic temperature controls and building automation system. SVA continues to provide engineering services for various retail and restaurant type tenants at the HarborPlace complex evolves with the change of retail and restaurant tenant spaces.
